1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and x777aa. Your access to and use of the x777aa Platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active x777aa account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited. x777aa may, at its sole discretion, merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and cancel any associated bonuses or winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. x777aa is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player, including delayed withdrawals resulting from name or payment detail mismatches.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

x777aa accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available from time to time on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. x777aa reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. 4.3 Currency

All transactions on x777aa are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion is applied at the prevailing rate for any transactions originating from non-PHP payment sources, and associated conversion fees may apply.

4.4 Refused Transactions

x777aa reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, x777aa will notify the Player and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by x777aa are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer. General bonus conditions applicable across all x777aa promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming on the x777aa Platform and cannot be transferred, sold, or converted to cash except through the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the x777aa Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, balances withheld, and the matter reported to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

x777aa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or money laundering.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identification or payment information.
• Player self-exclusion request or regulatory-mandated account restriction.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than confirmed fraud or regulatory seizure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory verification, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and fees.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the x777aa Platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of x777aa or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. x777aa shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

11 Responsible Gaming
